Who is Sondre's service designed for?

We work with expats, international professionals, and long-stay residents who want a Bangkok home — or one in Phuket or Pattaya — approached with care. People who value a considered result over a hurried list of options.

How long does the shortlisting process take?

After an initial conversation, most clients receive a curated shortlist within three to five working days. Properties that need further checking before presentation take slightly longer — we don't rush quality.

Do you handle lease negotiations directly?

We act as coordinators, not advisors on lease or legal matters. We walk you through documents in plain language and, where formal professional review is advisable, introduce you to qualified independent practitioners. The Advisor Liaison service covers this in detail.

Can I combine services?

Yes. Many clients begin with Residence Shortlisting and then continue with Personal Manager support once a home is identified. Others come for Advisor Liaison when renewing an existing agreement. We can discuss what combination makes sense for your situation.

How are fees structured?

Each service has a published fee in Thai Baht. There are no referral commissions from landlords or developers — our only fee is the one shown. This keeps our guidance free from competing interests.

Is my personal information kept private?

Yes. Details shared with us are not passed to property owners, agents, or third parties unless you explicitly request it. Our privacy policy sets out the full scope of how information is handled.
